Crystal sugar
Crystal sugar or special crystal is the name given to sugar obtained by controlled crystallization of treated sugarcane juice. For obtaining it requires a more demanding process of clarification, using sulfite and caleagem. Are fine, regular crystals, with high brightness and purity of 99.5%. It is ideal for production of carbonated beverages, liquors, juices, ice cream and sweets in general. Its main features are: low soluble solids not sugars and lighter color (tending to white). Can be stored for up to two years under suitable conditions.
