Victor Alessandro

Founder and principal of the RCVA Consulting Group LLC, along with Robert Coopman in 2003. His key consulting areas include: strategy development, business process improvement, category management and organizational assessment/design for retailers and consumer products companies. He is retail veteran and served most recently as Senior Vice President and Chief Category Management Officer of The Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Company. He previously served as Vice President of Drug Store at the HEB Grocery Company (San Antonio, Texas). Victor has over 25 years of experience in retail and consumer products.

Marcelo is a native of Brazil and has provided consulting services and business development for both profit and non-profit organizations. He has worked with individuals, private organizations and government entities. Marcelo has worked on five continents.
